Having witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of disasters, we deeply understand the critical importance of disaster preparedness (Bousai). As members of both the Japanese and international communities in Japan, we are keenly aware of the significant gap in disaster knowledge within the international community here. At the same time, we recognize the immense potential that foreign investment and travelers bring to revitalizing rural areas of Japan. Leveraging our bilingual abilities, we bridge these gaps by providing accessible disaster education in English and promoting rural Japan’s unique offerings to the world, supporting both disaster preparedness and regional revitalization.
