CEO Chips

On August 22, we participated in the “CEO Chips” event held at Tokyo International Forum.

Japan is home to countless unique and dynamic small-to-medium enterprises. At this event, 100 CEOs gathered, and 7 finalists were selected. The remaining 93 CEOs had a unique opportunity to collaborate with students to vote for the 2024 CEO Chips champion. Through the presentations from CEOs excelling in various industries, we gained valuable insights into the challenges they face and the paths they’ve taken toward success. Particularly, learning about their business strategies and leadership approaches provided us with abundant inspiration to apply to our R&S initiatives.

After the presentations, a networking session allowed CEOs and students to directly engage with one another. I actively approached the CEOs to discuss the expansion of our R&S business, sharing our vision and achievements. I received practical advice while also exploring opportunities for future collaboration. By exchanging contact details, I believe I established invaluable connections that will drive our business forward. Notably, interactions with diverse CEOs—including the manager of an idol group agency, a matcha farmer, a business owner supporting students with disabilities, and a provider of free medical services to Japanese citizens living abroad—were particularly meaningful.

The advice and connections we gained will undoubtedly contribute to our future endeavors. For the CEOs with whom collaboration materializes, we are fully committed to utilizing these partnerships to accelerate the growth of R&S. We look forward to participating in this event again next year, further enriching our knowledge and expanding our network.
